Robertsbridge Enterprise Group (REG)

Robertsbridge Enterprise Group was set up in late 2005 with the single aim of promoting business and enterprise in the village and the surrounding area so that a more sustainable local economy could be created.

It has worked in concert with other like minded organisations, particularly the Parish Council and the District Council, through the local councillor, Sue Prochak.

Welcome to Robertsbridge
Robertsbridge in the Rother district of East Sussex is an historic village just off the A21 north of Battle, with its own railway station on the London to Hastings line.

It possesses one of the finest medieval high streets in the area, and contains many architectural gems, and provides access to beautiful countryside, recognised nationally as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Close by are Bodiam Castle, Great Dixter, Batemans (the home of Rudyard Kipling) and the Kent & East Sussex Railway.

Robertsbridge boasts a thriving population of around 3,000 people and has many local organisations which make life very active in the village.

It is recognised by the District Council as a local centre of importance.
